These terms explain how this website, my Clarity Calls, my programs and my text messages work. Hollie Sears Wellness is a virtual functional nutrition practice run by Hollie Sears, CFNP, R.H.N., based in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. By using this website, applying for a call or working with me, you agree to these terms.

Educational, not medical

I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, not a physician, naturopath or licensed medical professional. My services and content are educational. They do not diagnose, treat or replace care from your doctor. Always talk to your physician or qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, medications or health practices.

Clarity Calls

A Clarity Call is a free 45-minute Zoom conversation about whether my program is a fit for you. I do not review labs or give health recommendations on this call. Applying does not guarantee a call. If you need to move your call, please reschedule using the link in your confirmation email rather than missing it.

Programs and payment

If you enrol in a program, the full terms of your program are set out in the Client Agreement you sign before you begin, including what is included, how payments work and how laboratory testing is handled. Prices are in US dollars. Program fees are non-refundable once your program begins.

SMS Terms

Hollie Sears Wellness sends text messages to people who opt in on the Clarity Call application form. The first box covers booking confirmations and reminders with your Zoom link. The second, separate box covers occasional marketing texts about programs and offers. Both boxes are optional.

• To opt out, text STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
• Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Your content and mine

Everything on this website and in my programs, including guides, protocols, videos and written materials, belongs to Hollie Sears Wellness. It is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold without my written permission.

Limits of liability

You are responsible for your own health decisions. To the extent the law allows, Hollie Sears Wellness is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of this website, my content or my services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
